To strengthen our team, we are looking for an employee (m/f/d) in internal sales with technical and commercial expertise.

YOUR TASKS

• Preparation, calculation and follow-up of offers
• Support for service requests, spare parts and retrofit projects
• Order processing through to invoicing
• Close cooperation with sales, technology and production
• Maintenance and use of CRM and ERP systems as well as reporting

YOUR PROFILE

• Commercial training with additional technical qualification or technical training with a commercial background (e.g. technical business economist)
• Experience in internal sales, ideally in mechanical or plant engineering
• Very good knowledge of German, good English and confident use of MS Office
• Strong organizational skills, communication skills and team spirit
